Happy Trails to you!!
Hello everyone!! Are you ready for the weigh in tomorrow? I am. I know that I didn't lose my 5%, but I'm excited to see if I lost any weight since last time. I'm mad at myself that I didn't try harder. (Deep sigh). I know that I need to lose this weight and keep it off permanently. I did get out a few days last week with my kids. We walked to the store and walked to feed the geese. Well, if this is my last entry, I wish everyone continued success and hope to see you all next year. Good luck!!! And stay fabulous!!!

How much calories are burned while sleeping?
Hello!! How is everyone? I'm doing okay. Trying to exercise a little every night. I think if I could sleep for a few days, I might have a bit more energy. But I'm going to push through it. If I could combine sleep & exercise I'd be golden. And a little thinner! Not having as much junk at night anymore. Drinking more water and a lot less juice. Small steps right? Not much more to write. Hope your night is fabulous.

I'm ready for some warm weather!!
When I went into my garage the other day, I could've sworn my bike called my name. I looked at my bike and said " I know Schwin/ Huffy". I can never remember the kind of bike I have...Anyhoo, I'm ready to ride my bike. I used to ride my bike to work when I was younger. And 3 kids ago. Once the weather breaks, I'm going to take my kids to one of the Metroparks and go walking. I felt I've done okay this week. What keeps looming in my mind is what I have to lose to get to my 5% weight loss. Wish me luck!! Hope you all have a fabulous day.

I'm so jazzed, I could form my own band!!!
Hello. So I went into the weigh in today, in the mind set that the scale was going to show a weight gain. Well lo land behold, I had a loss!! Yay!!! Double yay!!! I had such a crappy month in March. I've got the fire burning in my fat stomach to lose this weight, to reach my 5%. I'm now working 2 jobs so I won't have time to eat or laundry... Anyhoo, I hope you all have a fabulous evening. I've got to get back to work. Bye!!!!

If BK is king, then I'm the Queen.
Hello out there. How is everyone? Me? I'm feeling sluggish this week. Know why? Because I ate fast food twice this week!! Dangnabbit!!! I took my kids. To play on the slide and I slipped into my old ways and ate that toxic food. Didn't feel well the next day at all. Lesson learned. Water is my saving grace to feeling better. Not much else to write. Gotta go get my kids from Grandmas. Hope everyone has an eggcellent Easter.

I'm back on board.
Hello! Okay , so on Wednesday I wrote of how I've put weight on and was ready to quit. Well, come Thursday, I had a serious talk with myself and I asked me " What the hell is wrong with you????". So I've had a setback: Boo Hoo. So sad. Get over it. So I did. Real quick. I'm trying to drink more water and less juice. Today I almost caved in and drank some pop, but I was strong. Okay, hope everyone has a great night and continues to be fabulous.

I'm at a standstill.
Hello. I'm feeling kind of down this past week. I feel that I'm at a standstill. I put weight back on and that makes me so mad!! I don't know whether to finish this competition or just throw in the towel. Weigh in next month keeps weighing on my mind. I've got some things going on in my personal life and feel that it has impacted other areas. All I want to do at night is just eat and eat. Bad stuff. Sigh, I don't know what to do.
